What is a PPEC ?
A PPEC, or Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care, is a special program for kids from birth to 21 years old who have complex medical needs and are covered by Medicaid. In this program, children can get skilled nursing care without staying overnight in a hospital or other residential place.
If your child is approved for our program at Kids Place PPEC, they can spend up to twelve hours a day here. During their time, they'll receive skilled nursing care, assistance with personal needs, developmental therapy.
